It is a product designed to provide funding for housing projects, which must be previously qualified by the Social Fund for Housing, as well as those projects where the selling price per housing unit does not exceed the amount of US$175,000.00, and other construction projects such as shopping centers, office buildings, among others.
Who can apply?
Companies in the Construction sector with Housing projects that meet the following requirements:
- Risk rating “A1, A2” in the Financial System
- More than 5 years of experience in the business
- If the client is a company, its shareholders must have a risk rating of “A1, A2” in the Financial System
- Have been qualified by the Social Funds for Housing, as an eligible company for housing construction
What benefits can you obtain?
- The term of the approved credit will be of up to 3 years, which will include: the urbanization of the land and the construction and sale of the houses.
How can you invest the funds?
- Housing construction.
- Shopping Centers, Commercial buildings or offices, among others.
